Job Description
Client Care Team @ Unbound Minds / Medical / Allied Health Receptionist
n
Become part of one of Sydney's largest psychology practices
n
Unbound Minds is a leading psychology practice in Western Sydney, with a team of 38 across our Gledswood Hills and Kingswood clinics. We serve our community by creating a safe space that connects incredible people with incredible psychologists.

Our purpose is two-fold: we empower people to take control of their mental health, and we are deeply committed to building the most incredible place to work in Australia. We take the work seriously — and each other a little less so.
n
About the role

You'll manage the client journey end to end: bookings, intake, referrals, Medicare and NDIS billing, payments, and the daily rhythms that keep our clinicians free to do clinical work. This is a role for someone who loves helping people doing it tough - and who also gets quiet satisfaction from a clean end-of-day reconciliation and a client file with nothing missing.

n
What you'll need
n
n
2–3+ years' experience in medical or allied health administration or hands-on Medicare claiming experience highly regarded
n
Genuine attention to detail: you check the file before you act, and you'd rather ask than assume
n
Comfort with structured processes and accountability - we audit our billing and we're proud of it
n
High emotional intelligence and warmth under pressure
n
Excellent written and verbal communication, and a professional phone manner
n
Experience with practice management software (we'll train you on ours)
