Where you will be working..

Great chance to join a National market leader in this newly acquired site based in the southeaster suburbs with onsite parking. Convenient hours of 9am - 5pm + half day on Saturday.

What you will be doing....
n
Oversee daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
n
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
n
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
n
Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreements
n
Manage vendor and contractor relationships
n
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
n
Manage budgets, maintenance records and operational reporting
n

Previous experience ideally within facility management.

Well developed communication and problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency with systems in MS office and other finance/CRM tools
