Has knowledge of the dog grooming industry and what's expected

Has experience OR is willing to learn and be trained to become a professional groomer
n
Understands the physical and mental demands of grooming
n
Can stay calm and qualified - even with challenging dogs
n
Takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving
n
Has a strong focus on quality + care
n
Wants to be part of a supportive, grounded team environment
n
