We're excited to be partnering with one of Australia's leading professional services organisations to find a People Administrator to join their growing People team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their HR career who's looking to build strong foundations in a supportive, high-performing environment.

You'll be joining a cooperative People team where you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, working alongside Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners and People Advisors. Better yet, this business has a genuine track record of promoting from within, with this opportunity created following two recent internal promotions.

Day to day
n
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing the People inbox and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
n
Preparing employment contracts and employee documentation
n
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
n
Processing employee changes including promotions,
salary increases and leave
n
Supporting graduate and early careers recruitment programs
n
Coordinating inductions, training sessions and People events
n
Maintaining employee records across HR systems
n
Assisting with reporting, compliance tracking and People projects
n
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and future HR system enhancements
n
n
What's in your toolkit?
n
Must-haves:
n
n
Around 12+ months' experience in HR Administration or a similar People role
n
Exposure to employee lifecycle administration
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
A proactive, customer-focused approach
n
n
Nice-to-haves:
n
n
Experience using an HRIS
n
Exposure to onboarding and recruitment administration
n
Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
n
Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) Human Resources or a related discipline
n
n
