What You'll Lead:
n
n
Civil projects ranging from $100k to $1M
n
Subdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete works
n
Bulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark construction
n
Structural building components and complex civil interfaces
n
Contract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communication
n
Project planning, scheduling, procurement and reporting
n




Tendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomes
n
Coordination with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performance
n
n
What You Bring:
n
n
Proven civil construction PM experience
n
Strong technical knowledge across roads, concrete, infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworks
n
Experience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environments
n
Confidence managing contracts, claims and variations
n
Transparent, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
n
A results‐driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small team
n
Tendering experience (highly regarded)
n
Contract administration skills (highly regarded)
n

$150,000 - $170,000 salary (depending on experience) + company vehicle
