The Event Coordinator plays a key role in creating engaging, high-standard events that connect partners toUnLtd'smission and leavea lasting impressionon

supporters.

Position Overview:
n
The Event Coordinator supports the delivery ofUnLtd'sannual calendar of
fundraising,industryand
community events across Australia. Working closely with the Director of Events, this role helps bring around 25 events to life each year, from early planning through to execution and post-event reporting. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on organisation, has exceptional project and stakeholder management skillsand loves creating memorable experiences for people.You'llwork across eventlogistics, sponsor activations, communications,
suppliermanagementand
event operations while collaborating with teams across
marketing,partnershipsand
commercial. By delivering exceptional events, this role helps strengthen industry engagement, grow fundraising outcomes and supportUnLtd'smission to create a nation free of inequity, where every child and young person can have unlimited opportunity.

Event Delivery
n
n
Plan,coordinateand deliver approximately 25 annual events across Australia in partnership with the Director of Events.
n
Help create engaging, high-quality event experiences that reflect the energy and values of UnLtd.
n
Manage
eventlogisticsincluding
venue sourcing, suppliers, contractors, run
sheets,registrationsand
attendee communications.
n
Support budget management and ensure events are delivered on time and within or under budget.
n
Prepare event materials including briefing
documents,runsheets,
workbooks and operational plans.
n
Provide on-site event management to ensure smooth delivery and a positive attendee experience.
n
n
Sponsorship & Partnerships
n
n




Pro-actively collaborate with industry partners⊃ suppliers to strengthen event valuethrough fun activations and contra deals.
n
Support the development and packaging of fun & unique event sponsorship opportunities.
n
Manage sponsor communications and ensure all sponsorship deliverables and activations are executed to a high standard.
n
Build strong relationships with
partners,suppliersand
industry stakeholders.
n
Work proactively with partners and suppliers for value-add opportunities.
n
Prepare sponsor reports and post-event wrap-ups.
n
n
Marketing & Communications
n
n
Work closely with the CMO and Commercial team to support event marketing campaigns and ticket sales activity.
n
Coordinate pre & post event information and content for digital, social and email channels.
n
Collect and share event highlights,
photography,videoand
stories toshowcasethe impact and energy of UnLtd events.
n
After each event, label key photography with team names for annual reporting.
n
n
Reporting & Administration
n
n
Track and report on event performance including
budgets,attendanceand
fundraising outcomes.
n
Prepare eventbriefings, Great & Growreviewsand reporting
forinternalstakeholders.
n
Manage
invoices,paymentsand
other event administration tasks.
n
Maintainaccurateevent
records(such as
calendars,budgetand
attendance)through Monday.com and other systems.
n
n
Continuous Improvement
n
n
Gather feedback from
attendees,sponsorsand
partners
toidentifyopportunities
for improvement.
n
Contribute ideas to improve event delivery,
attendeeexperienceand
internal processes.
n
Participate in FY & CY event reviews to support future event strategy and development.
n
