ARC, a leading Australian reinforcing company, is seeking a shift supervisor at Hemmant to oversee safety and day-to-day manufacturing and logistics of the shift, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate production staff, monitor performance, enforce WHS, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs, with a 1:00pm–9:00pm schedule and 15% afternoon shift allowance.
