We're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong design eye, excellent technical delivery skills and the ability to confidently lead projects through every stage. This is a hands‐on role where you'll work closely with directors, consultants and clients to deliver outstanding architectural outcomes.

The Role
n
n
Lead luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects from concept through to construction
n
Develop thoughtful design solutions and oversee project delivery
n
Produce and manage high-quality documentation in Revit
n
Coordinate consultants and manage project timelines
n
Liaise directly with clients, builders and local authorities
n
Attend site meetings and oversee projects during construction
n




Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio's collaborative culture
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Registered Architect with 5+ years' local experience
n
Proven experience delivering luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects
n
A robust design eye with a passion for high-quality architecture
n
Excellent technical documentation and project delivery experience
n
Advanced Revit skills are essential
n
Strong knowledge of the NCC and Australian construction standards
n
Outstanding communication and client management skills
n
Ability to lead projects autonomously from design through to completion
n
