The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for multiple Mental Health Clinician roles within a public hospital in Regional Victoria, across:

Crisis Assessment & Response Team
n
Intake & Triage
n
Case Management
n
Youth Mental Health
n
HOPE (Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement) Clinic
n
n
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
n
About the Role
n
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:
n
n
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments & clinical formulations
n
Deliver case management and structured therapeutic interventions
n
Provide crisis assessment, risk formulation & acute care management
n
Coordinate care with consumers, families, GPs & community services
n
Contribute to clinical governance and MDT reviews
n
n
You'll play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, helping them achieve recovery, independence, and improved wellbeing.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2+ years' experience in Community Mental Health (AU/NZ preferred)
n
Strong background in Case management or Triage & intake or Crisis / acute mental health
n
Experience in risk assessment, care planning & clinical decision-making
n
Confident working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
n
Passion for recovery-oriented, person-centred care
n
n
