Job Description
You will work closely with the Director and architectural team across a range of high-end residential projects.We're looking for someone with strong local Sydney experience of 5+ years, and proficient in Revit.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with design development and architectural planning
n
Preparing architectural documentation in
n
n
n
Assisting with design development and architectural planning
n
Preparing architectural documentation in
n
n
Revit
n
n
Developing floor plans, façades and architectural detailing
n
Supporting the preparation of
n
n
DA and CDC submissions
n
n
Coordinating with consultants including structural, stormwater and services engineers
n




Assisting with client presentations and design material
n
Supporting the team through construction documentation phases
n
n
Requirements
n
To be considered for this role you must have:
n
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience within an architecture studio
n
NSW residential project experience (essential)
n
Solid Revit proficiency (essential)
n
Experience preparing architectural documentation
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different project stages
