As a Hospitality Services Team Member at WMQ you will support residents across our Chermside residential facilities, helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and caring aged care environment. You'll provide essential services across cleaning, kitchen, and laundry, helping maintain protected, comfortable, and welcoming homes.

You will:

Deliver safe food handling and catering services
n
Maintain cleanliness and a homely atmosphere
n




Support residents' wellbeing with respect and compassion
n
Identify and act on health and safety hazards
n
Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement
n
What We're Looking For
n
Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
n
Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping preferred
n
Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
n
Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Paid type
n
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures
