What you'll be doing
n
n
Supporting children with their routines & regulation, with a bit of fun on the side
n
Working with some complex & challenging behaviours (behaviour has meaning!)
n
Encouraging independence, routine, and choice
n
Assisting with daily living, community access, and meaningful activities
n
Working alongside families and allied health professionals
n
Keeping explicit, respectful, and neuroaffirming notes
n
Supporting adults with psychosocial disability access the community
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent and people with psychosocial disabilities
n
12+ months experience working with neurodivergent children & young people (highly desirable)
n
12+ months experience working with complex/challenging behaviours
n
Reliability, empathy, and a sense of humour (because joy matters!)
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
n
First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Driver's licence and your own reliable car
n
Willingness to travel 40 minutes
n
