About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue
n
Provide strong leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
n
Maintain venue procedures, policies, and compliance standards
n
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
n
Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures
n
Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
n
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Hands-on, proactive approach
n

Requirements

n
Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications
n
Availability to work a wide-ranging roster, including evenings, weekends, and nights
