Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated IGU Machine Operators to join their production team in Rowville. This role is critical to the secure, productive, and high-quality manufacture of insulated glass units (IGUs) using a Lisec TPA line.

Available Shifts

PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
n
Pay rate $ $46 per hour
n

n

Must be available to work Saturdays
n Flexible finish times & overtime required

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Operate the Lisec TPA line in line with SOPs and safety requirements
n
Set up and adjust machine parameters for varying glass sizes and specifications
n
Monitor spacer application, alignment, adhesion, sealing, and gas fill quality
n
Conduct regular quality checks and identify defects
n
Handle glass and IGUs safely to prevent damage
n
Ensure correct curing times and A-frame loading limits are followed
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
Report faults, downtime, and quality issues accurately
n
Communicate clearly with supervisors, maintenance,



and team members
n

Skills & Experience

n

Experience in IGU manufacturing or glass processing (preferred but not essential)
n
Mechanical aptitude and confidence around automated machinery
n
Solid attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
n
Willingness to be cross trained across the production line
n
