As ABB's national field service team, we specialise in end-to-end services that keep your rotating machine assets reliable, effective, and future-ready throughout their entire lifecycle.In this role, you'll perform testing and service work on rotating electrical equipment in line with ABB standards, while delivering solid customer service and collaborating with internal teams.
It requires solid technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently.Your role and responsibilitiesPlan and deliver service work to meet customer expectations and drive satisfactionCommunicate clearly with customers, managing timelines and expectations Perform field service activities, including technical analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actionsApply a first-time-right approach to ensure quality and timely completion Prepare materials, tools, and documentation to support effective service deliveryIdentify improvement opportunities and collaborate with teams to enhance outcomesThe work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-OnsiteQualifications for the roleTrade qualification in Electrical Fitting or Mechanical discipline with relevant licenseMinimum 2 years' hands-on industry experienceStrong understanding of OHS, regulatory,



and legal compliance requirements Proven experience in technical support and service deliveryStrong mechanical aptitude with effective problem-solving skillsAdditional certifications advantageous (Working at Heights, Confined Space, HRWL, Rigging/Dogging, First Aid/CPR, Low Voltage Rescue)What's in it for you?
