Job Description
As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include:

Manage a commercial property portfolio
n
Deliver high-quality property management services across some retail, and predominately commercial assets
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
n
Act as the primary point of contact for owners and occupiers
n
Oversee day-to-day property operations and performance
n
n
To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:
n
n
At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role. Ideally industrial exp
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
A real passion for commercial property management
n
Outstanding client services
n




A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
n
A current Queensland driver's license.
