You will place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests dining in have a memorable dining experience.
You will also have the opportunity to assist our Executive Chef in menu creation.
You will provide effective, efficient and professional food and Beverage service and maintain the highest level of customer service to ensure all needs for the owners and guests are met.What You'll Bring+1 years experience as a Chef or similar position,



within a resort/hotel environment (2 years is desirable)Trade Qualified (Certificate III Commercial Cookery)Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparationPrepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standardsFocus on the importance of customer serviceDisplay an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spiritFollow given tasks to completion and to the best of your abilityCommunicate promptly, clearly and concisely to Chef and team members on all mattersHold appropriate qualificationsBe able to work productively in a fast paced, changing workplaceHow to apply?
