Significant platform transformation for a transfer agency tech implementation expanding current capability
Join a significant financial services transformation program where an established platform is being implemented to support expanded listed funds and Transfer Agency capabilities.
This is a Senior BA role working across Transfer Agency, listed funds, ASX integration, testing and operational readiness.
You will sit close to the business and operations teams, helping ensure the platform is configured and implemented around the client's specific operational requirements.
Who you will be working with:
You will join a major financial services organisation undertaking a significant platform implementation within its Australian operations.
The organisation is expanding its existing investment administration capabilities and introducing additional functionality across listed investments and Transfer Agency operations.
You will work closely with business, operations and technology stakeholders to translate ASX, registry and operational requirements into practical processes and system outcomes.
This is a client-side role where you will help shape how the solution works within the organisation's existing operating environment, rather than simply documenting requirements from a project perspective.

Play a key role in shaping operational readiness for a new platform capability
Duties and responsibilities include:
Define listed Transfer Agency requirements across ASX Settlement, registry and operational processes
Review ASX Settlement requirements covering transfers, communications, AQUA settlement and issuer obligations
Design end-to-end processes for transfers, reconciliations, exception handling and reporting
Define controls, cut-offs, evidence requirements and issuer versus registry responsibilities
Translate operational requirements into system, integration and process requirements
Prepare and execute operational readiness and test scripts within the CHESS test environment
Coordinate defect remediation, re-testing and readiness through to successful implementation
Work with business and operations stakeholders to ensure the solution is fit for day-to-day use
We are looking for someone with:
Strong listed Transfer Agency or registry experience
Experience across listed funds, managed funds, ETFs or registry operations, with strong operational knowledge
Hands-on knowledge of ASX requirements, with CHESS exposure highly regarded
Experience translating operational requirements into processes, integrations and testing
Experience working client-side with business and operations stakeholders
Exposure to APAC financial services operations and stakeholders
