Participant Support Officer - Joondalup WA
We are expanding our team and would love you to join us!
In this role you will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Support referrals and their transition into the Program
Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals
Identify challenges such as transport, childcare, housing, or mental
health, and connect students to relevant services

About you:
Ability to work with diverse participants
Be a driven, supportive and community minded person who can work with learners, and in some regions, non-English speakers
Desire to support students in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
Customer centric people person
Excellent administration skills to manage student records
