We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our Production team as a Machinery Operator.
In this role, you will be responsible for organising, setting up, and operating our state-of-the-art machinery.
This is a fast-paced environment with overtime hours available, offering a casual-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate!
Requirements
Your Responsibilities will include:
Organise and prepare machinery for operation according to production schedules
Set up machinery by adjusting settings and loading materials
Operate machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products with precision and efficiency
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and consistency




Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Completing of batch documentation and in process quality checks
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Attributes:
Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
