About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Truck Tyre Store Manager to lead our busy Truganina operation.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will manage daily operations while actively supporting your team on the workshop floor, including assisting with truck tyre fitting when required.
n
You will also work closely with our Infinity Tyres Wholesale division to ensure efficient stock flow and strong supplier coordination.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Manage day-to-day store and workshop operations
n




Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and commercial clients
n
Drive sales and identify new business opportunities
n
Coordinate with Infinity Tyres Wholesale on stock, pricing, and supply
n
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
n
Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
n
Assist with tyre fitting and repairs as needed
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience in the commercial tyre, transport, automotive, or tyre wholesale industry
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
n
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
n
Sales-focused with a proactive attitude
n
Hands‐on and physically capable
n
Current driver's licence (HR/HC highly regarded)
n
