A permanent full time role for a Fabrication Teacher within a Premier Education and Training organisation in South East Melbourne. For a Fabrication Teacher interested in working for a reputed organisation and providing teaching and vocational expertise related to fabrication, boilermaking and mechanical areas. Opportunities available for fixed term roles also.
Requires Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
Requires Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent
Prior Teaching Experience or Interested in becoming a Teacher
Your normal day
includes the following duties
Developing and delivering planned teaching sessions
Being cutting-edge in teaching, using technology, including Moodle, to engage learners
Ensuring that learning materials and resources meet the regulatory standards
Improving the quality of teaching and learning through a student based approach
Contributing to business development activities
Completing workplace visits during workplace/clinical placements
Ensuring high quality, up to date and relevant teaching delivery, assessment and engagement of students
