TSG Central Lakes is seeking an experienced, driven Retail Manager to oversee our busy store operations. You will take full ownership of the franchise. You will manage high-volume categories including Golden Casket Lottery, tobacco, and giftware. This role requires a hands-on leader. You will drive sales, manage a team, and maintain high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

Manage daily operations, action plans, and franchise success.
n
Order stock, audit inventory, and ensure timely vendor payments.
n
Meet company representatives to optimize sales, promotions, and pricing.
n
Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
n
Handle staff recruitment, training, rosters, and payroll.
n
Maintain high service standards and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
n




Ensure strict adherence to health department and regulatory requirements.
n
Maintain a positive relationship with the franchisor and meet brand expectations.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.
n
Robust knowledge of Golden Casket Lottery systems is highly regarded.
n
Experience in stock control and inventory auditing.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and roster staff.
n
Excellent communication and customer conflict resolution skills.
n
Ability to analyze sales data and implement growth strategies.
