Orica is seeking an experienced Field Trainer (Opencut or Dual Trained) to develop the capability, confidence and safety of our frontline workforce.
Based in Perth, this role supports West Metals operations with an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, travelling to a range of Opencut sites to deliver training programs and strengthen on‐site safety.
You will conduct group, classroom and 1‐on‐1 sessions, ensure training complies with National Standards and Orica policies, and keep compliance reporting
