This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.28FTE), 20 hours per fortnight.

Your chance:
Daily check of Employee Housing System Portal for new applications around maintenance requests, inspections, tenancy updates, rental issues and general enquiries
Liaise with maintenance contractors/tenants to organise entry and access to properties
Preparation and administration of tenancy and maintenance requests, follow up when needed.
