Join Cockburn Cement's Sales & Marketing team and help deliver safe, sustainable supply chain solutions across WA's mining and construction industries.
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player to elevate our service experience.
This is a permanent full time role based in Booragoon, WA
Responsibilities
As a key member of our logistics team, you'll drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence by:
Managing bulk and packaged product orders with accuracy and efficiency
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation across the supply chain
Coordinating timely, cost-effective deliveries with carriers
Maintaining up-to-date procedures and standards aligned with Cockburn Cement policies
What you will need to succeed
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about service.
You'll need:
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Industry experience in bulk transport, mining, or construction customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends and across Munster and Kwinana sites
High computer literacy; SAP experience is a bonus
