ASBESTOS REMOVALISTS | GLADSTONE
About the Role
Working as part of our industrial maintenance team, you'll be responsible for a range of asbestos removal and associated activities across the Gladstone region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing
A Class Asbestos Removal
in accordance with legislative, safety and environmental requirements
Constructing, maintaining and managing asbestos enclosures to ensure protected containment
Assisting with asbestos clean-up, disposal and decontamination activities
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and site safety
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver safe and quality outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced, reliable and safety-focused people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
Essential
A Class and/or B Class Asbestos Removal Certification
Construction White Card
QAL / BSL / RTAY Blue Medipass,
or willingness to obtain
Previous asbestos removal experience
Highly regarded
Working at Heights
Confined Space
Gas Test Atmospheres
Previous industrial maintenance experience
