We are seeking a Diploma (or equivalent) Lead Educatorto join our passionate team and lead our Pre Kindy room to success!

Your New Role:

Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
n
Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
n
Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
n
Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
n
Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
n
Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
n
Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
n
Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n




Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.

About You:
n
n
Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care as approved by ACECQA.
n
Hold a current Blue Card, current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.
n
A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
n
