Social Media Video Producer (Videographer & Editor)

Do you love creating videos that people actually want to watch?

We're looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to join our team and help produce engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
n
This isn't corporate video production. You'll be capturing real people, interesting projects and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning them into polished, entertaining content.
n
If you're constantly thinking about camera angles, transitions, pacing, storytelling and what makes a great thumbnail or Reel, we'd love to hear from you.
n
About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Planning and filming engaging video content.
n
Editing long-form YouTube videos.
n
Creating Shorts, Reels and TikToks.
n
Colour grading and audio cleanup.
n
Working with our team to develop creative ideas.
n
Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day content.
n
Managing media files and project organisation.
n
Occasionally photographing products, projects and the workshop.
n
n

Strong video editing skills.
n
Positive understanding of storytelling and pacing.

Confident using Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.

Basic colour grading.
n
Good audio editing.
n
Able to work independently and creatively.
n
Strong organisational skills.
n
