JV Recruitment are currently on the lookout for experienced Skilled Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing roles at a busy prefab manufacturing facility based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

You'll be working across a clean and well-run Modular construction facility. These roles offer steady hours and the chance to secure long-term work for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
Skilled labouring, framing, and confident use of hand and power tools
n
Join the cabinetmaking or assembly team if you have the relevant experience
n
Assisting trades in the workshop and factory floor
n
Loading/unloading materials and manual handling
n
Working alongside a friendly and safety-focused team
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
Solid experience on construction sites, prefabrication,



or timber manufacturing environments
n
Previous carpentry, cabinetmaking, joinery, or structural framing experience highly advantageous
n
Reliable, hard-working and able to work full time hours
n
Own transport highly desired but not essential
n
Full PPE required
n

$35.33 - $38 per hour + superannuation (casual loading applies for afternoon shifts)

Overtime rates apply

Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
