Nutrend Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking Sales and Production Estimators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned builder in a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are positive, flexible, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong passion for accuracy in residential construction estimating. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office

The Role

n

As part of our estimating team, you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Sales and construction estimating
n
Preparing detailed specification and costing documents
n
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
n
Assisting with cost control and project budgeting
n




Supporting Senior Estimators with day-to-day estimating tasks
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
Previous experience in a residential estimating role
n
Experience using Constructor estimating software
n
Strong understanding of the new home construction process from start to finish
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team workplace
n
Local industry experience on the Sunshine Coast
n
