The Role

Reporting initially to the CEO, the Regional Manager will oversee the protected and effective operation of multiple residential services across the Midlands. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to Persons in Charge (PICs) and teams, ensuring compliance with HIQA Regulations, strong governance, quality care, and continuous improvement across all services.

The role will involve operational oversight,



staff support and development, risk management, service development, and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Requirements
Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Psychology, or related field (Level 8 preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability/social care services
Minimum 3 years’ management experience
Robust knowledge of HIQA Regulations, safeguarding, and risk management
Experience leading teams and managing service quality
Commitment to rights-based, person-centred care
Full clean driving licence
CORU registration

Desirable
Postgraduate qualification in leadership or management
Experience in service start-up or organisational development, with relevant knowledge of supporting IT.
Experience in neurodiversity-affirming practice
Knowledge of HSE funding and MDT structures
