We're on the lookout for a skilled
Maintenance Fitters
to join our high-performing team at Tip Top's
Ermington
site.
If you're a hands-on fitter who loves solving problems and keeping machines running, this is the role for you!
Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues
Respond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, productive repairs
Work with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Maintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairs
Collaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in
industrial maintenance
(food manufacturing preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
