Data Modeller - Azure/Acurity -Hybrid environment - wfh & CBD office + Daily rate
We are seeking an experienced
Data Modeller
to join a leading superannuation organisation as part of a major enterprise data transformation program.
You will be responsible for designing and developing robust data models that support a new enterprise data platform, reporting, analytics and broader business requirements.
The Role:
Develop
conceptual, logical and physical data models
Design scalable data structures for a new
enterprise data platform
Create and maintain
ERDs, data dictionaries and metadata
Translate business requirements into effective data models
Work across
relational and dimensional data modelling
Support data integration, master data and reference data activitiesCollaborate with
Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and Data Governance
Establish consistent
data modelling standards and practices
Key Requirements:
5+ years' experience across
Data Modelling,



Data Architecture or Data Warehousing
Strong
conceptual, logical and physical data modelling
experience
Robust knowledge of
relational and dimensional modelling
Experience designing models for
enterprise data warehouses/data platforms
Experience with
ERDs and data dictionaries
Good
SQL
knowledge
Experience with
Erwin, SQLDBM or equivalent
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis skills
Highly Desirable:
Microsoft Azure / Fabric / Synapse / SQL Server
Knowledge of the
Acurity data model
Superannuation, financial services or wealth management
experience
Data governance and data quality experience
