We're partnering with a leading commercial HVAC contractor that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance, breakdown and repair services across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fault finding, working autonomously and taking ownership of a diverse range of commercial sites.

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a broad range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple client sites.
n
Duties Include
n
n
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
n
Reactive breakdowns and fault finding
n
Repairs and component replacements
n
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
n
Commissioning where required
n




Completing service reports and documentation
n
Providing excellent customer service on site
n
Liaising with clients and site managers
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
n

Split and ducted systems

Air Handling Units (AHUs)
n
Fan Coil Units (FCUs)

Ventilation systems

Pumps

Commercial HVAC plant

Building Management Systems (desirable)

n
About You
n
To Be Successful You'll Ideally Have
n
n
Minimum 6 years' experience in commercial HVAC service
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive service work
n
ARCtick Licence
n
Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
Cert 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
White Card
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own day
n
n
Dual Trade (HVAC & Electrical) experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
