About the Role
n
As a Business Consultant - Peptides, you'll work directly with business owners, founders and healthcare providers to establish, commercialise and scale peptide-focused healthcare businesses.
n
This is a consulting role where no two projects are the same. One week you might be designing a telehealth operating model, the next optimising clinic workflows, developing scalable business systems, or helping clients prepare for growth.
n
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver practical outcomes that make a real impact.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Deliver consulting projects from business concept through to clinic launch and growth
n
Design scalable telehealth and clinic operating models
n
Improve operational workflows and patient journeys
n
Support business growth,



commercialisation and service expansion strategies
n
Develop operational documentation, SOPs and business frameworks
n
Coordinate multiple client projects while ensuring quality outcomes
n
Build trusted relationships with healthcare entrepreneurs and industry partners
n
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and profitability
n
About You
n
You'll thrive in this role if you have experience in business consulting, healthcare operations or commercial strategy and enjoy helping organisations grow.
n

Healthcare consulting
n
Telehealth
n
Private healthcare or medical clinics
n
Healthcare operations
n
Longevity or wellness

Pharmacy

Medicinal cannabis

Allied health

Healthcare startups

You'll also bring
n
Strong commercial and operational thinking
n
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience improving business processes or service delivery
n
Confidence working directly with clients and senior decision-makers
n
Outstanding communication skills
n
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Exposure to peptides, longevity, GLP-1/weight management, regenerative health, or wellness sectors is highly regarded.
