The Salvation Army in Corio, VIC invites applications for a Senior Practitioner - AOD & Mental Health Outreach. This permanent full time role combines direct client caseload work with mentoring and capability-building across outreach programs addressing AOD and mental health challenges.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead, supervise, and guide staff, promote evidence-based practice, and strengthen service integration to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented outcomes.
