Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced National Property Manager to join their team, specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Property Management. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.

You will manage a portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties, acting as key point of contact for day-to-day operational support.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Responding to maintenance enquiries and coordinating repairs with contractors/trades
n
Conduct property and vacancy inspections
n
Overseeing rent management, and arrears follow up
n
Supporting renters with tenancy queries, disputes and post-move-in assistance
n
Ensure all tenancy documents and correspondence are filed accurately and securely
n
Preparing properties for new tenancies (cleaning, trades, compliance documents)
n
Coordinate audits and compliance inspections
n
Attend VCAT hearings and manage notice lodgements with CAV
n
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
n

About You
n
You will have:
n
n
An extensive background in real estate and property management and a genuine interest in the disability sector
n
A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and tenancy processes
n
Proven ability to coordinate maintenance and manage high-volume administration
n
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Initiative, adaptability and a solutions-focused approach to challenges
n
n
Qualifications/Experience
n
n
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice will be highly regarded
n
Relevant experience in property management, ideally within SDA or disability support environments
n
n
Requirements
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance standards
n
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed
n
n
