What you'll be doing
Handling customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Processing orders and preparing quotes for trade customers
Picking, packing and receiving stock
Assisting with deliveries and unloading containers
Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate
What we're looking for
Easy-going and confident dealing with trade customers
Solid work ethic and willingness to pitch in
Good communication skills and phone manner
Internal sales, warehouse or trade customer service experience helpful




Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights required
Security industry or trade experience is helpful but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
