Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
n
Job Description: As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish at a site level, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of plumbers, coordinate with other trades, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment whilst collaborating with a Denam project manager.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise and aid in completing commercial plumbing projects, including but not limited to, multi residential high-rise buildings, civil infrastructure, and fire hydrant systems.
n




Lead and direct a team of plumbers, providing guidance and hands on support.
n
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes.
n
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
n
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
n
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
n
Ensure quality control and adhere to project timelines.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Proven experience as a commercial plumbing foreman.
n
Strong knowledge of
sanitary/water/fire
plumbing systems, civil drainage, materials, and equipment.
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Be proficient in the use of an ipad with project management software, microsoft office and dropbox/onedrive etc.
n
Valid driver's license.
n
Valid Construction White Card.
n
QLD Gas fitter license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
n
Excavation license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
