What you'll be trusted to do
n
As Centre Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the service,



creating a positive culture where educators feel supported, families feel connected and children receive exceptional early learning experiences.

You'll:

Lead, coach and inspire a team of educators.
n
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
n
Drive quality practice aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
n
Build robust relationships with families and your local community.
n
Oversee compliance, staffing, rosters, budgets and daily operations.
n
Champion continuous improvement across the service.
n
n
About you
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
n
2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service.
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
n
A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in people.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families and educators.
n
