We are currently seeking aFoundry Labourer to join ourIpswich operations on afull-time, permanent basis , withregular overtime available .

About the Role

Working within ourBeforecast team , you will prepare sand moulds for the casting of molten metal in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

This role offers:
38-hour week (Monday to Friday)

You will report directly to theBeforecast Supervisor and work as part of a skilled, collaborative production team.

Key Responsibilities




Produce moulds and cores usingboxed and boxless moulding techniques (full training provided)
Select appropriate moulding boxes and report equipment defects
Operatesand mixing machinery
Correct use and maintenance ofPPE and safety equipment
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices

You will demonstrate
Secure operation of overhead cranes, forklift and lifting equipment (Desirable but not required)
Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
