We are seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis for Gordon Park location.
n This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.

n

You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.

n

Availability Requirements

n

Candidates must be flexible and available to work a minimum of three to four shifts per week across a variety of weekday shifts. Weekend-only availability is not suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support
n
Assist with social support and community access
n




Prepare meals and provide light domestic assistance
n
Maintain transparent communication and accurate documentation
n

n

Requirements

n

n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)
n
Previous experience supporting older people in a community setting
n
Strong time management and ability to work autonomouslyGood verbal and written communication skills
n
Availability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Current Queensland Open Driver's Licence
n
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
Smart phone
n
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
