Availability: Weekday and weekend shifts (mornings, evenings, and mid-day)

Your Role:

As a key point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:
Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, effective front-of-house operations




Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

Who You Are:
