Truflow is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of high-performance spray booth systems for body shops and industrial painting customers nationally. We are looking for a proactive Service Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Service Team in Keysborough and help support the growth of the division into the future.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the key point of contact for ongoing service, maintenance and parts support for our customers. You will manage the full service lifecycle — from implementing maintenance contracts and scheduling works through to following up breakdowns, processing documentation and driving billable outcomes.

This is a hands-on coordination and technical sales role with real ownership of customer relationships and regional growth.

You will be working with the existing team of service coordinators and service managers within the business to help support your contribution to the division.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Maintain and service spray booths, schedule ongoing maintenance, and liaise with existing and potential customers regarding service needs
n
Implement maintenance contracts for all new booth customers and grow the service contract base across new and existing clients
n
Coordinate and manage all service parts, maintenance, repairs and filter enquiries and jobs for your region
n
Log and follow through breakdowns, allocate work to
contractors/employees,
and ensure timely completion against KPIs
n
Take customer enquiries and work through the sales cycle to deliver compliant service and maintenance solutions
n
Book and schedule service maintenance works

Process service documentation and communicate outcomes to customers via email
n
Complete monthly billables to support accurate invoicing
n
Fully utilise the VJS/CRM system for communication, reporting, measurement and tracking
n
Support handovers from capital sales so new customers transition smoothly into ongoing service and maintenance
n
Prepare information for accounts and provide accurate advice to customers on faults and service requirements
n
Report on pipeline, expenses, project activity and opportunities
n
Complete administrative and office support tasks for the regional office as required
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in service or technical sales
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
n
Physically fit, punctual, reliable and able to take instruction
n
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
n
Comfortable working to KPIs around customer satisfaction, billables and regional growth targets
n

Meeting and exceeding monthly/yearly billable and budget targets for your region

Implementing service contracts on all new booth handovers and growing the existing customer base

High customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues
