What you'll do

Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Partner Managers to meet quarterly revenue targets.
n
Create and execute outbound and inbound programs to convert high-potential brands into Pinterest advertisers.
n
Build and refine processes to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
n
Develop ANZ-specific market strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
n
Report performance, risks, and insights to global stakeholders.
n
Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
n
Oversee vendor partner relationships to ensure consistent execution and goal alignment.

Requirements

Proven experience leading high-performing sales or business development teams in digital advertising or SaaS.
n
Expertise in designing and implementing pipeline generation programs.
n
Strong ability to translate business goals into operational frameworks and scalable processes.
n
Deep understanding of the ANZ digital advertising market and existing skilled networks.
n
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
n
Ability to work from the Sydney office 2 days per week.
