Scrum Master - DevSecOps

We're partnering with a globally recognised mining technology organisation to secure a senior Scrum Master - DevSecOps supporting a growing high-impact team delivering platform automation and security capabilities
n
This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure and leadership to a currently reactive environment driving a shift toward proactive predictable delivery You'll work across distributed teams to embed DevSecOps practices uplift Agile maturity and align with scaled delivery frameworks
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead Agile coaching across a cross-functional DevSecOps team local and offshore
n
Bring structure and stability to a reactive environment shifting teams toward proactive delivery
n
Facilitate ceremonies aligned to flow predictability and delivery outcomes
n
Manage collaboration across time zones ensuring strong team alignment and communication
n
Establish and optimise Kanban systems to improve visibility and throughput
n
Remove blockers and address systemic delivery challenges such as manual processes and inconsistent environments
n
Support DevSecOps adoption across CI CD IaC and security-integrated pipelines
n
Work closely with the Product Owner to shape and maintain a high-quality backlog
n
Align DevSecOps ways of working with SAFe and ART cadence across engineering teams
n




Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress risks and performance metrics
n
Leverage data and emerging tools including AI where applicable to enhance reporting and insights
n
n
What you need to bring
n
n
5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments
n
Strong experience working in DevOps DevSecOps or platform-focused teams
n
Proven ability to stabilise teams and move them out of reactive firefighting modes
n
Experience working across distributed teams and multiple time zones
n
Strong working knowledge of Scrum Kanban and SAFe frameworks
n
Experience aligning team delivery with ART cadence and scaled Agile practices
n
Ability to work across both infrastructure IaC and application contexts
n
Strong facilitation coaching and servant leadership mindset
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
n
n
Bonus points for
n
n
Scrum Master or Secure Scrum Master SSM certification
n
Experience working alongside Product Owners in evolving delivery environments
n
Exposure to Java-based systems or build and debug scenarios
n
Experience driving DevSecOps maturity and platform standardisation
n
Familiarity with AI tools for reporting insights or delivery optimisation
n
