Junior Property Manager - Melbourne

You'll work closely alongside a team of experienced Property Managers, gaining exposure to every aspect of portfolio management while receiving structured training, ongoing mentorship and a explicit pathway into managing your own portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors and rental providers
Conduct routine inspections and entry condition reports
Prepare lease documentation and process tenancy applications
Respond to renter enquiries and assist with portfolio administration
Assist with leasing activities and open for inspections
Deliver exceptional customer service while learning from experienced mentors
What's On Offer




First year salary of $55,000-$70,000 + Super (depending on experience)
Genuine progression into a standalone Property Manager role within ***** months
Ongoing mentoring from experienced industry professionals

Monday-Friday role, working just one Saturday a month
About You
Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or near completion)
Previous experience in real estate, administration, leasing or customer service is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional presentation with a customer-first mindset
Positive attitude, resilience and eagerness to learn
Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
