Join Better Rehab's industry‐leading Graduate Program, kicking off January ****, based in Chermside. Supported across all steps, you will develop clinical expertise in the NDIS and community.

Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
n

Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (clients' homes, day centres, parks, clinic rooms).
n
Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop cutting-edge solutions.
n
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness lasting impact.

Program starts with a full week of graduate‐specific induction sessions and 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and up‐skilling.
n
n
Support: Buddy system and colleague support.
n
Supervision: Discipline‐specific 1:1 Supervisor; clinical support in NDIS and caseload.
n
Ongoing Training: 6‐month induction, training, up‐skilling.
n




Study Leave: 4 paid days per year.

Resources: Laptop, phone, therapy/assessment resources.

About You

We're after Speech Pathologists with genuine interest in supporting participants with disability, who speak up for improvement and treat goals as missions.
n
You Will Also Hold
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with graduation date **** or Jan ****.
n
A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
n
An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
