WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
n
We are seeking an experienced Accountant, on part-time flexible hours (between ******* hours per week), school-friendly hours, to be part of our small but busy Finance department working at our head office in Keysborough.
n
THE ROLE:
n
Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing monthly accounts and general ledger reconciliations
n
Producing financial reports and variance analysis
n
Back-up to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and purchasing
n
Other ad hoc duties as required
n
n
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
n
n




At least three years' accounting or finance experience
n
Strong understanding of month-end accounting, journals and reconciliations
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
The ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
n
n
This is a flexible, part-time position of approximately ***** hours per week, working solely at our office, with school-friendly hours.
